We collect the data you voluntarily provide, mainly your name and email address when you subscribe to our newsletter. We may also collect non-identifiable technical data (anonymized IP address, browser type, pages visited) for analytics.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you the educational newsletter, communications about the portal, to improve content and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data to offer financial services, as Qexolanti does not provide such services.

The processing of your data is based on the express consent provided at the moment of subscription and on the legitimate interest of Qexolanti S.A.S. to operate the portal.

We keep your data for as long as you maintain an active subscription and during the retention periods required by Argentine law. Once that period ends, the data is securely deleted.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and objection provided for in Law 25,326 by writing to contacto@qexolanti.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority in Argentina.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases we require appropriate contractual guarantees and a level of protection equivalent to the one required by local law.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control and periodic audits) to safeguard your data.
9. Changes to the policy
We may update this Policy to reflect improvements in our processes or regulatory changes. The new version will be published on this page with its effective date.
